ahhh decisions decisions... With Christmas and mums birthday coming up somewhat close to each other. I have told mum i will buy her a laptop for her to use. She has just started using yahoo and the internet to chat to some of her friends back in Vietnam. originally she wanted to get this: Acer Aspire One Laptop - around $650 and it includes a $70 cash back She only wants the laptop to go online and look at vietnamese websites ands to chat and call her friends over the net. so technically this would be perfect for her BUT.. i have had my laptop for the last 3 years.. and only bought a laptop because i needed it for uni.. i had always wanted to go back to using a desktop computer and had wanted to get the apple because they are so pretty. My laptop Computer i want: so my dilemma is: 1. buy mum the acer laptop 2. spend a lil more and buy myself an imac and give mum my laptop mums not too fussed on either because she likes my laptop anyway. so she'll be happy with getting either.
