There has been a billion and one things to update.. so instead of the usual paragraphs this post will be in point form...
Series of events are in no particular order... whatever pops into my head first ...
- Purchased the Bvlgari Save the Children Ring

$90 from the purchase of this ring is donated to charity (my justification for buying it) Sterling silver and plated with rhodium (same material that gold is plated with to make it into white gold) was told that the ring should not rust or turn a funny color if worn all the time (and gets wet)
- National Zoo in Canberra

The zoo with the largest collection of big cats in Australia. Went on two awesome tours, one was the meet a cheetah tour, the other was the zoo venture tour.
The meet a cheetah tour costs $150 per person and you get to spend 15 minutes in the cheetah enclosure and you get to pat and play with the cheetah. Awesome experience and well worth the money, the cheetahs were so placid and just did not give a damn that we were there.. they even looked a bit bored. When you pat them they even pur!
The zooventure tour is a 2 hour tour, costs $95 and they take you around to the back of the enclosures to check out the animals up close and personal. Although you don't get to go into the enclosure you are standing right next to the fence. At each animal you are able to feed them. We had a big european brown bear lick honey and weetbix off our hand, feed lions, cougars, giraffes, had a python wrapped around us and patted pure bred dingos.
View of the white lions that you get as a normal visitor of the zoo without going on the tour (this is on my camera in zoom mode)...
- road trip to sydney for 5 days after the Easter Break
Me and jonny took a week off annual leave and went on a road trip to Sydney for 5 nights. Jonny hadnt been to Sydney since has a baby and i hadnt been there in almost 10 years so it was about time we did a road trip there.
Jonny trusted me enough to let me drive for a few hours as well ... and he SLEPT WHILE I DROVE .. couldnt believe he trusted me enough to let me drive unmonitored LOL
sometimes i think he loves his car more than me!
too many pics to upload.. most of them are on my facebook
- Purchased the Dior Cherie Bag in Beige
Purchased this at David Jones in Sydney. After going in and out of every luxury store in Sydney trying to find a bag that would appeal to me to use for work, one that was big enough to fit all my junk but not too flashy.. this one perfect. Plus we do not have a dior in melbourne so it was mainly an excuse to purchase an item from Dior. Although one dissapointing thing, the bag does not hold its shape as well as it does in the picture, tends to sag and flop a bit. For now this is all my brain can think of to update ... we are looking another house this weekend at auction ... if we get it.. this blog may turn into a renovations blog as the house is so dilapidated and looks like someone was hacked to death in there. Lots of work needs to be done.. but for now i don't want to jinx it!
